S12 Supervision Of Sprinkler Systems EXAM INFORMATION
The S-12 test consists of 75 multiple-choice questions, the S-15 test consists of 100 multiple-choice questions, and the T-15 consists of 25 multiple-choice questions. The tests are time tests (S-12: approximately 135 min; S-15: approximately 175 min; T-15: approximately 38 min). A minimum score of 70% will be a qualification to pass and obtain a Certificate of Fitness.

When all the requirements are met and the applicant passes the exam, the certificate will be issued on the same day. Applicants who fail are issued a report of failure. Those who fail and would like to take the exam a second time will be asked to reapply and pay a new fee.
